Re: archives
I'll dig into this a little more this evening and see what I find. I know when I set this up and was looking for ideas for categories I used the wayback machine and it had some posts but not the complete site. Which may be the issue.

They mention WGET as a tool for recovery. Surely someone backed up something at some time... I am happy to lend any hand in trying.ohioyj wrote: Mon Aug 26, 2024 9:05 amI'll dig into this a little more this evening and see what I find. Re: archives
From what I've seen and understand of this all this requires / relies on the Wayback machine or something similar having a mostly complete archive of the forum. From what I've seen it does not appear they have much more than then the main page. (Im not to optimistic on that one, based on what I've seen available from the Wayback machine unfortunately)Dark6 wrote: Mon Aug 26, 2024 10:52 am They mention WGET as a tool for recovery. I know I create backups of the current forum routinely now and download them just in case. Hopefully so we aren't stuck in a situation like this again.
