its injected, fueling may need tweaked, but what i have to buy to be able to do that isn't worth it.

i have a pack of different variator weights, i'll need to sit down and play with that setup.

first ride on the camshaft today. if theres a bump in power, its slight. i think i need to tune on the variator to put the engine in the optimal RPM range for this cam, which is a higher rpm range.

in the mid theres a noticeable bump as it pulls up hills better. the felt acceleration is better ...

its a performance cam for the scoot. I've had it for over a year sitting on a shelf, just got around to installing it. install required removing the engine and i was being lazy.

its supposed to be a 1-1.5hp bump... on a 150cc scooter thats a 10% increase.

i'm hoping that i'll be able to hold 70mph ...

I just installed a new camshaft in my scooter yesterday, and i've been doing a lot of spring prep on other folks bikes.

polishing is all in the prep. you'll need to spend more time sanding to get to a better finish, but honestly I'd be happy where the finish is currently. if you leave it raw its ...
